Peace and Love be with you. Dios lo bendiga. Assalamualaikum. Shalom.
Thank you for taking time to read the blog. If you are reading this, y'already know I love you. If you don't know, now you know... my name is David "Chap" Loveless. I did some time as a volunteer for the Baltimore Police Department as a chaplain, so I am respectfully and affectionately known in Baltimore (and DC) as Chap (aka The Chaplain).
Over the years, I have served diverse communities of beautiful, intelligent, passionate, kind, and caring people across Baltimore and DC. We all serve in our roles uniquely as advocates, teachers, artists, cooks, coaches, entrepreneurs, and it is always a privilege to watch and work with people who are on their Spiritual assignment! We all serve with purpose, planning, and intention. This is how we curate Baltimore's cultural excellence which is thoroughly unapologetic and undisputed. If you have met us, y'already know... no one can question that we genuinely invest in our communities!
That said, if you are reading this, I am asking for you to join "the Tribe" website and share the art, film, music, services, resources, and opportunities that you are curating and find out how you can synergize with other organizations and businesses to firmly weave the fabric of our beloved city. Alone we may be a small nuisance, but together we become the heart of the city, the backbone of community, guardians of each other, and a voice for our brothers and sisters, by supporting and recognizing each other as leaders, teachers, and students in all that we do.
In the beginning, there was just an idea that we can stand united through our diversity and support each other and redistribute the wealth. We can only accomplish this through genuine honesty and integrity.
Today I read that there were three men sitting in three chairs on January 20th's inauguration worth over $1 trillion dollars... Our community shouldn't be struggling for funding and sustainability, so let us bring the tribes together and all work together to redistribute the wealth. Help us help you, your clients, and communities!
My son Charles, content creator/editor for BrotherHoodTv, and I wait with eager anticipation for you to join our journey officially by joining the Tribe website and amplifying your impact on our world!
