Peace and Love.

This is my first update since launching the Tribe initiative. I am grateful and humbled, but not surprised by the response!

It's just me learning and building this website from scratch, but the journey and people coming together is beyond expectations. So far I have added 12 logos/links on the home page and I know a few of you are still waiting for me to follow up. I have not forgotten you, I am working on all the things!

My next step is to finalize a directory page this month, which will be a tedious task, but I am committed researching "how to" and finishing it before April... One step at a time. The gathering of organizations such as yours and people such as yourself is what makes this project great. We have all curated cultures of excellence in our own purpose and I pray that this community hub will inspire us to support each other and collaborate to exponentially increase our impact on our clients and communities. This site is NOT for everyone, so as I trust your recommendations as we build, please be thoughtful and intentional on who you bring into the Tribe. I will also add to show grace and reach out and support those you wouldn't invite to the Tribe. Not everyone has the capacity to reciprocate love and support if they have never been shown how to. We must show them if we are to activate social change. Everyone has a purpose and has infinite value. Personally, I know that even though I don't vibe with EVERYONE and I am not for EVERYONE. If you are reading this, you are probably FULLY aware... if I haven't got on your nerves, we haven't worked together long enough, give me time, to fully love we have to journey through the valley of forgiveness and grace together! But seriously, the community shouldn't suffer or miss out on opportunities because of a bad personal experiences, relationships, or reputation. People can change and grow if we are doing this thing right. Our past doesn't define us, it refines us. However we want to protect those same relationships of trust and reputations of excellence we have invested our time in.

I thank everyone who has responded to the call to join the Tribe. I look forward to welcoming those who have yet to join or respond, God is always on time, no rush! We will be here holding it down when you are ready!
